Lauren M. Corr

Principal Attorney

Lauren is the Principal Attorney of Corr Group Law, Inc., which she founded in 2016 to provide more personal attention to her clients’ unique needs. Lauren has provided clients with counsel in all of Corr Group Law’s practice areas since 2012, and is admitted to the Texas and Florida bars. She has been voted by her peers as a Super Lawyers Texas Rising Star Real Estate Attorney every year since 2017, an accolade given to the top 2.5% of licensed attorneys in Texas. Although based in Texas, Ms. Corr works with clients in over 20 states across the U.S.

Lauren was born and raised in Alabama. She received her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business in Financial Consulting, and subsequently graduated Magna Cum Laude from SMU's Dedman School of Law. She is based in Dallas, Texas.

Lauren enjoys active participation in professional, arts and charitable organizations. She is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission, Dallas Women Lawyers Association, Ladies in Commercial Real Estate, the Dallas Bar Association, the William "Mac" Taylor American Inn of Court, Dallas Symphony Orchestra Young Professionals, AT&T Performing Arts Center Center Circle, and the American Heart Association Wine Society.  In addition to her legal practice she has owned and operated a number of real estate-based businesses, currently including vacation rental properties in Sonoma County, California and St. Thomas, USVI.
